Is There a Defacto Standard for Arm 13 Inch Laptop?

Will yours waser, i seem to recall saying something like will's dream time. That was the amazing rebirth of the net book. And he thought that would see a lennox based arm 13 inch laptop that would be affordable and light. But we've just not seen yet, have we? No, not at all. If anything, the opposite has happened.
