How Do You Engage With Your Students?
How do your students have access to engaging the way those students did, which is so amazing and makes so much sense. Once you experienced something, you can't turn away, in a way, if you're ampatic at all. We train them around empathy and how to lead an interview that's not very clinical. It's really about asking the people open ended questions and listening to their stories,. Often like with the person themselves. And that's where you start to surface some of those emotions.
