How to Meditate for Beginners

M mantra meditation is one of the easiest ways for people to get into meditation and that's when you attach a statement to your inhale and your exhale so basically think of it like a positive affirmation. I want to encourage someone to set a timer because if you set a timer you're just going to meditate on your timer going offYou know so it's better if you can just sit there do the meditation do the mantra and then when you feel like okay I can feel my heart rate going down maybe you'll want to sit longer or maybe that's enough and then you can move on.
