Make a list, if you want, of the phrases that trigger you. Do some roll playing, or just stand in front of the mirror and say them out loud. Find somebody to throw the worst stuff, the stuff that triggers you. And then just and just feel the activation. You're the one actually saying it, and you'll find yourself getting activated,. Just practice being calman. Goig, you know what? That's exactly what i thought it. So those are that kind of brings us to the end of what i want to say.
