i think that the great news is that there are things that we could all do to reduce our stress. And i think that today we might focus on one of them in particular that i study, which is mindfulness. I mean, if you're mindful, does that just mean you don't have any stressing? We often think about it as a two component process - attention and attitude. It's an attitude that's ally open, it's curious, and it's accepting this moment exactly as it is.
