What's the Mental File?
Theorist thinks that as you encounter objects in the world, you open up a mental file. And so new information that you get about them, you you stick in the same file. But if there's just a little bit of confusion, if occasionally you in put information from the wrong person into a file, you might still want to hold on to the thought this file is successfully picking some one out. Theorist: To figure out who your mental files are about, you need to think about how your mental life is epistemically connected to your environment.
