How to Give Your Kids an Allowance

Carol Costello: I love this progression that we're describing here. And, and, you know, I think part of something you said there's feel so painful is you have to let your kid make mistakes. So as a parent, I haven't really gotten started on personally giving my daughter an allowance. She's 14 and a half weeks at this point. We're still pretty early in the game,. But as a kid, the first thing you look forward to is the weekend. You start learning how to budget by setting some arbitrary gold and a kid will figure out for you.
