The Shape of Our Fingers and Nails
When we look to two other primates, we see true claws and things more like liketrue claws, verses our own finger nails, which are still useful. And so this is thought by many to play a role in the changing shape of our fingers over a human evolution. So basically, our primate ancestors had something more like true claws, and and we have the stunted, flattened versions of claws. The reason here may be because some two point five million years ago or more, we started using tools.
