Physical examination findings suggestive of an acute aortic dissection are focal. Motor and or sensory neurological de had a positive likelihood ratio of four point three, four. None could realistically massively help to differentiate it from other alternative pathology. Tearing pain or migrating pain were also not strong predictors.
