A lot of times I think it's our funding models, right? So our funding models are still often very project based where we have to fund by by the win what and how we're going to deliver the future. When we talk about a portfolio, compound system, it's creating visibility into all those different stages of work. And so what becomes important here is looking at capacity across the organization in order to figure out how many things do we need to have ready for teams to pull?"
