C Python is sort of the main star of the show for Iron Python. Visual Studio support extends from C Python 2.5 through to 3.5 with every version in between. I kind of feel like the entire community is just gonna use C Python unless there's some huge pressure from a performance problem or some other type of thing that forces them to go and find PyPy, which is really cool.
