Adam Smith: We've been using the terms ML and AI somewhat interchangeably. Machine learning was more recently used to mean a more restricted subset of activities, where AI is more broadly speaking. "AI brings the focus a little closer to the problems that you're trying to solve rather than the particular techniques you're applying to solve them," he says.
