I do think that we'll see more CEOs come out of the engineering ranks because the skills you develop there are unlike any of the other skills in any of the business. Sales is pretty methodical and sales people have to think about how you build an actual organization, which is why I think you see more sales CEOs than others. Some engineers and particularly the really, really, really talented technical ones, that would be a torture job for them. But what they really like to do is they like to build the systems and they're excellent at that.
