I have so much curiosity around new things and that's one of the things that got me into this space because I feel like there is always kind of a new innovation that is being marketed to you. It's just interesting and fun to explore not only your body but your spirituality or your mental health. The bees are responsible for a lot of humans and crops, they may live, I don't think we should be killing them by stinging ourselves every day.

What do we mean when we talk about "Wellness"? We know that it’s a multi-billion dollar industry built on products and services centered on “self-care”, and we also understand that to be "well", means much more than purchasing the latest green powder from Whole Foods.

This is part 3/3 in our series unpacking the complex topic of what it means to work, take part, and profit from the (capital W) Wellness industry.
