Having a Persuasive Influence

You can't sell anything to anybody, because the more you try to persuade someone that doesn't want what you have, they're going to dig their heels in even deeper. So one way to make people feel under stood is to do what's called mirroring,. When some one says something to you, you repeat the last two or three words they said with an uptone. This might sound completely moronic and stupid, but it actually starts with a ampathy and understanding. And when people keep talking and you're listening to them, they start to feel a little more understood.
