Are You Attuned to Yourself?

In the book, we talk about this concept of attunement over all. The most fundamental part is what we call relaxed awareness. We describe it as a state of mind and body in which you are aware but not very tense. And so why do you need to start with yourself, and how do you even do that? So i know that if you're feeling lonely you no, don't want to be alone. I think you just sad it really well, i calming your own internal storms before you're ready to connect with others.
