Intevert Versus Extravert - A Conversation Like a Basketball Game
This is really interesting, because in negotiation literature, they always talk about the need to remain silent and become comfortable with that uncomfortable silence. And strategically, it serves a lot of purposes. I've never thought about it from an intravert versus extravert perspective,. Because i'm thinking now from for me, sometimes i might take a little bit of time to answer. But if somebody were to kind of talk through that process now, i'm not thinking. Now i'm listening again.
