The Traffickers Are Owned by Themselves
The Rohingya are given different colored bracelets when they get on the ship, and each color represents a different trafficker because some of the traffickers go in together. They signify like who they're owned by. The small boats keep going back and forth and back and forth until the big boat which is maybe 20 miles away is dangerously over packed. If you're the first group to board, you could actually get stuck on those boats until the ship fills up, which takes weeks.
