Is There an Arbitrage?
There's concerns that going into the winter, there could be a hiped up demand from asia. That would lead to higher energy prices in europe where they're in need of it. Sondi: If there's an arbitrage, people are going to look to try to collapse that as much as possible. And one of the things that i said earlier is that you'll see some of that stabilization, it's just going to stabilize at a much higher rate.
