How Do You Manage Doing the Full Time Job and Ship 30 for 30?

I've gotten to learn a lot about myself and prioritization and leverage. And what I've done now is stuffed more into my box, which means I have to choose very deliberately what I'm focusing on. So it's become a very reductionist way of thinking which which I do like. Investing in those things and not viewing them as an expense, you were investing it to free up more personal time for you to do all these high leverage things that you were good at. It was funny listening back to that last episode because the very first thing we talked about was Parkinson's law.
