Is There a Reclining Etiquette?

I think you're really allowed to recline like the whole point, especially in a night flight is to recline. Obviously do it slowly. Maybe ask your passenger behind you. And also, you know, juma meal service do kind of un recline your seat because otherwise it becomes impossible to eat. But I remember I was in business class on Royal Air Maropper a year ago and I had the CEO of One World sat behind me. So I did turn around and say, do you mind if I put my seat back? Yeah, definitely.
