Dominion is seeking $1.6 billion in damages for defamatory coverage of Donald Trump. Legal experts tell the LA Times that Dominion's case is one of the strongest they've seen. Fox argues just because some executives and anchors didn't personally believe Trump's false claims, it doesn't mean reporting on those claims was defamatory.
