Do You Have a Diligence Process?
When you're going through a time box sort of auction process, you're pulling steps out. The valuation that is the most important and legal things that could bite you from a risk or legal perspective are just like non-negotiables. But we do not once we become exclusive skimp on diligence. We got to really hone that in. It can feel like a lot for a new company, especially if they're smaller but the hope is too that it makes integration even that much easier.
