In the latin phrase, um um solis populi, supreme elects. The health of the people is actually the state moto of the state of missouri. So it can't be races. It's not like the health of the white race is the, you know, purpose of the state. What they're saying is that the purpose of life is the conquest of desire. And the more you satisfy desire, the better you're doing.
