Is the Same Joke Type Morally Immoral?

Jokes are problematic because of the reasons that they are told and the consequences. The anti-irishman tells it with hate in his heart to underscore something contemptible about the irish. It's the joke types that are kind of morally neutral. But the stereotypical tokens, those are moral or immoral.
