If we had a magic button all these negative thoughts and feelings would immediately disappear instead of depression you'd feel joy and gratitude and anxiety. The shame would be gone the anger would be gone hopelessness would be gone but before we use those tools maybe we better ask ourselves if what you might lose are any advantages or benefits to some of thesenegative thoughts and feelings. for you to hear the birds to walk the dog or do these feelings interfere with that they're feeling sometimes the inner shear because like you know I may wake up feeling grateful then you like go to feeling depressed or angry or very very anxious.
