Roland Martin: Are we even there yet? That's a good question. Like I think Nick has a better view of how the normal American country American consumer is right now because homes aren't being bought really. From our perspective, our rents going up as quickly as they were in 22. Vacancy is still very low. Supply is tight. We still having a lot of tours. But again, rates could stop where they're at, but that doesn't mean that tenants are going to be profitable and, you know, everything's going to be hunky dory.
