Scott Is Trying to Make Lemonade Out of This Isn't It?

Pence had a very difficult interview on CNN where he attempted to say that it was actually the the White House that wants to cut Medicare because they are negotiating the price. It didn't really hold up in that interview that that he did on CNN but it's an argument he is trying to make in part because like being Joe Biden's favorite punching bag I mean Biden goes around to all of these events and he's got like oh look at that I got the plan right here or Scott just right seems to walk right into it.
