Is It a Good Idea to Build a House in Florida?

There are very few states that will not be hit by a hurricane but even if you're in Colorado or Arizona what are you dealing with there? The real significant challenge of wildfires of droughts right should we be building in some of these places that have become now prone to wildfires. Places that folks are living right now are much more dangerous than they were 10 or 20 or 50 years ago. No politician wants to tell people they can't go back exactly right it's always we're going to be back and stronger than ever.
