Most products these days are becoming commodities because we all have access to the same stuff. It doesn't matter what your product is anymore as long as it's of good quality. And you know that I just had this conversation earlier today when I was on the phone in fact right before we started the podcast. We were talking about how developing the skills to actually reach people and communicate and engage people is going to be the difference.
