Diane: It really does just make such a difference to have contacts already there that are experts and they know the city. And you were lucky, right? You went to somewhere where someone was waiting for you. So most of my families that I've welcomed know, know, and in the city. So I'm their first friend. The biggest case study really is that those two families that connected through you and then they spent Christmas together. That's in itself just shows how powerful it is to be part of that community of built.
