The Importance of Humility in Combat
Seal leaders would generally get fired because they lacked humility. That's just the ultimate problem for a leader when they don't listen to anyone else. And that's why humility is so important. If you can't be humble and can't, you know, you've got some guys that have been on the ground in Ramadi for 10, 12, 14 months or something like that. I'm not listening to him. That's going to be a problem.
