Is There a Change in the Profile of the Wagner Group?
Wagner group seems to have sort of changed tack in Ukraine, he says. From being an outfit that was dominated by military veterans, they seem to have switched to being some kind of a cannon fodder outfit with 90% of them recruited from prisons. It's a combination of profits for the Wagner group as a company or as a private corporation and buying of influence for the Kremlin according to Peter Bergen.
