The Different Types of Cushing's Syndrome

The first step is always high degree of clinical suspicion. We have three screening tests which we are using there to diagnose Cushing's syndrome. The only time when we recommend to do just the overnight dexametasone test as a first-line screening test is for patients that have adrenal adenomas.
