Is There a Conspiracy of Interest?

The way that people experience conspiracies is so far out of whack because it's always about the conclusion as opposed to what was actually sought. If you were going to call anything a conspiracy, I am 100% fine with you calling this a conspiracy between the government and the railroad companies to keep workers from unionizing. Rich people getting more money and not receiving consequences for shit? That's the one conspiracy there is.
