The Supreme Court Is Rolling Up the Price of a Lawsuit
The Loperbright case will be argued in the fall. The Supreme Court rarely applies Chevron deference anymore, and the lower appellate courts almost always do. Cato Institute filed a really great amicus brief in the Loperbright cases. I don't think people understand how profound the change this could be. It's taken them 10 years to get an answer to that question because you're not allowed to go and get an answers to your whole case.
