Culture Matters

New book argues that institutions are indugenous to culture. Culture is the level of ideas and reasoning we can turn into common, shared goals. But how do you build effective changes in anti trust law or market incentives for eloping new technologies that aure more work or friendly? I think that's very difficult unless you build it around a new understanding of the public about what needs to be done. That's what we're traing about.
