The maximum relation is that what you say has to be relevant to the particular interaction. And then how you say it, which are kind of very broad summaries of these. So for an acronically absent employee, you can say a man like him is hard to find and you're deliberately playing with the manner of what is expected in a job recommendation. Or for example, if you say something like, this person always showed up to the office, you know, more or less on time and was wearing clothing,. This is not sufficient to have at a job. But they're also relevance because it shouldn't be relevant in a job proposal letter that the person wore clothing to the workplace as that
