Introduction

Jay Robert Brown Jr. is the co-author of a recent research paper entitled Chilling Climate Change Disclosure, the Enabling Role of Corporate Council in Management Mistatements of ESG Matters. Professor Brown served as a board member on the Public Company County Oversight Board from 2018 to January 2021. He would have very much been happy to join us today but for a conflict.
