How to Fund a Film in Mexico

In Mexico, where is very different than in the US? That here we have the Mexican Film Institute. And without that, like 90% of films, would Mexican films, wouldn't exist. How did you manage to get funding for it? There's certain amount of money that from tax incentives that goes to films in Mexico. So around 100, 150 films are produced every year thanks to that.
