Most round two dead lines start right after the new year and continue through the first few weeks of january. If you're planning on doing all your application work in those final two weeks of december, there is absolutely no reason you can't get it done before the dead line. This might end being a shorter episode than usual, but i did want to call it a few unique things i to round to.
