How to Be a Good Angel Investor
At Angel Invest, I think we've historically done about 65% as pre-seat and 35% as seat. And we don't go in that serious ALA test stage. It's just not our mode. Most of it is in Europe. We sometimes commit sins in the US or maybe Israel where we know founders from before. This is much harder to raise significant follow on capital for those companies in Europe. But there's also an opportunity in that because there's less people looking at these companies. So you can actually find some really interesting gems there.
