The Importance of Proper Pelvic Floor Rehab

It is the standard of care postpartum for women to do pelvic floor rehab and yet here in the United States. I'm so glad this question was answered because what I see a lot online or well meaning people showing women that oh yeah you should be doing crunches to help repair your diastasis. That's actually going to exacerbate things. Do it first do it properly get it out of the way so that you develop that core stability strength and neuromuscular connection for pelvic floor which is basically die from like the core is you know die from to pelvic floor. And then have a blast in the gym doing doing all the other things that make you happy.
