The Importance of Women in India
I would sort of double down on the illiberalism that I believe is there by saying that look at the status of women in India through the centuries. There's not a single religion that was not misogynistic and success True. At the same time right from Raja Raman Roy and Mr. Jassar Gaur and many other reformers or a period of time they were embraced. But I don't think the society is in general becoming more liberal. Your critic is religion. It's not India. The capacity to think is now diminished because of a horrible educational process. Not merely about math and literacy but it's about the way to think.
