How Do You Define Happiness?
Ra, i actually hide behind other social scientists to use a definition of happiness that i think is accurate. But it's all so easy for social scientists to study, and i think we could get back whether or not that's the right approach. Happy people tend to experience l ojoy and laughter. Are not as much things like sadness, anger and so on,. Although you want some of that negative stuff there.
