How Does a Galaxie Shape Itself?
Becky: My research is on the processes that affect galaxies through their lifetimes. And so essentially when we look at a galaxy's shape, the shape can actually tell us what processes a galaxy has been through. She says it could be anything from an interaction with another galaxy or even a full-on merge of two galaxies.
