The Importance of User Testing and Talking to Users

Andrea, what's your design superpower? I believe that something that I'm doing fairly well is to connect in the dots. And for some people, this is a struggle and especially for an engineer, for example, because they work a very low level. Or maybe for a businessman is it doesn't know is very, very level,. It doesn't know to go down. So I'd say connecting the dots, reframing and switching point of view during the problem solving process. But we are not the only type of person, but the more comfortable with this type of switching.
