In southeast asia, in the maykong and in another meeting, just to break the ice and get people thinking about their preconceptions. And so they're in armwrestling position, and i say, go and nobody movesno body moves. They don't want to lose, though they'll lose face if they lose. That is a different orientation. Westerners often talk about other cultures as being a conflict avoider, and they're not. We're working really hard towards harmony. It's a very different approach.
