Once i got my diagnosis, it allowed me to better communicate and teach people how to communicate with me. There is a vulnorability in coming with telling somebody how you feel about how they're making you feel. And so if you put yourself in the position where you go like, hay, i'm actually the person that has an issue, they then go like, oh, they have other issues. You give im tat opportunity, it lets them feel safe, so safe that they don't even care.
