Three to One Ideas Regarding Employee Benefit Producers Offering Individual Disability Insurance
Dennis Carlson: When I'm talking to employee benefit producers, I like to talk to them at what I call the three to one ideas. And so it's really three buckets. The first bucket is the employee benefit producer who wants nothing to do with individual disability insurance. So they don't want anything to muck up anything in their entirety of their employee benefits offering. Now the second bucket is thatemployee benefit producer who understands that having a conversation regarding individual disability insurance is important. Those are the three buckets that I find that employee benefit producers fall into.
